Dusy Basin, Isosceles Peak just left of center, Columbine Peak just right of center, Knapsack Pass to right of Columbine Peak (v-notch in horizon). Knapsack Pass is used to gain access to the Palisade Basin, where base camps at Barrett Lakes can be used to climb in the Palisade region (southwest side of North Palisade and Mt. Sill, etc.). We crossed Knapsack Pass during the 1985 trip, when we climbed Mt. Sill (base camp at Barrett Lakes). In this photo you can see Gerald La Favre (red jacket).
