View northwest from summit of Split Mt., 1977. In 1979 we climbed Mt. Goddard. It was our intention on the 1977 trip to also climb Mt. Sill, which is seen in this photo in front of North Palisade. However, due to delays caused by the weather, we were unable to include the climb of Sill. We did climb Sill in 1985.
